Sirajah Raheem, MPH
She/Her/Hers
Sirajah Raheem is an organizational accountability facilitator. She uses an anti-oppressive framework to center power-sharing in strategic planning and to rethink traditional diversity, equity, and inclusion work. Her experiences as a community organizer for economic and housing justice in her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia, ground her work. She has a master’s in public health with an emphasis in health policy. She works as the Global Director of Inclusion and Diversity and serves on the operational board at an independent marketing intelligence company.
Eli Mandel, LCSW
He/Him/His
Eli is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an interest in the intersection between well-being, identity, and belonging, and the interventions that can be created in a workplace to meet the needs of the employees and the organization. Eli has experience conducting internal facilitation and consultation on topics related to social-emotional health, well-being, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
